Q. Why use your company to clean our carpets, rugs and furniture?
A. We have been operating for nearly 30 years, and have successfully cleaned all types of carpet and furniture fabric possible. Because of our experience it is unlikely we will encounter any problems when cleaning for you.

A. Companies such as these employ young people with small machines with very little if any experience. Once in your door, they will be interested in selling you additional services than actually cleaning, which you will find they do rather quickly, especially if you have refused other services they have offered you. A. This is true if people had carpets shampooed or cleaned using cheap and harsh

A. No not at all. We use external extraction equipment, which stays outside, all of the damp air created by the cleaning process, is extracted to the holding tank in the truck mounted van outside. This in turn speeds up the drying time.
Q. How long before we can walk on the carpets and sit on the furniture?
A. Some upholstery material can be dry in the same day but it is recommended that you leave it overnight before use so as to give plenty of airing time. This obviously depends on the type of material. For carpets, you can walk on them within a couple of hours but remember whilst the carpet is still damp it will mark easily.

A. It helps us if you move small objects and ornaments. As part of our normal service, we will move items of furniture such as tables, chairs, suites and other heavy items such as dressers and large wardrobes.
