Once the old carpet and padding have been removed, you will need to vacuum the floor thoroughly to remove all dirt. You should also inspect the carpet for its colour, texture, and style, once it is rolled out. In addition, make sure that the new carpet is stretched properly to avoid having wrinkles and ripples in it.
